Vital Technical Sealant

A one-component, high performance industrial grade, 100% acetic cure silicone sealant formulated for glazing and sealing applications where long term reliability is required. General glazing (glass, aluminum, plastic, etc.), curtain wall sealing, and general sealing (aquarium, skylights, ventilators, air conditioning, etc.). Not recommended for concrete and copper alloys.

An economical acrylic sealant for general purpose sealing applications. It is paintable and formulated for sealing gaps and joints where slight movements or vibrations are expected. General sealing applications (door and window joints, cabinet and wardrobe installation, skirting of wood flooring, etc.). Suitable for various substrates (metal, PVC, wood, concrete, gypsum boards, reinforced cement boards, marble, etc.).

A one-component, neutral cure silicone sealant formulated to give excellent adhesion and durability. It has excellent resistance to outdoor weathering, vibration, temperature extremes, etc. Wide range of glazing, weather sealing, and other applications, including sealing metal lap joints in roofing, guttering and cladding applications. It can bond to most common building materials (aluminum, galvanized steel, painted surfaces, glass, concrete, etc.).

A high-performance, paste-like construction adhesive specially formulated to bond a variety of construction materials. It will not slump on vertical surfaces. Ideal for bonding most construction materials: wood, particle board, metal, concrete, fibre-reinforced cement board, ceramics, bricks, flooring panels. Can be used on polystyrene and mirror.

An elastomeric hybrid sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It is a low-modulus sealant with high movement capability and excellent weathering characteristic. Sealing concrete joints (precast wall panels, expansion joints, control joints, FRC boards etc.). Other applications sealing of GRC panel systems, anodized aluminum, masonry, porcelain, coated metal, finished wood, epoxy and polyester panels, UPVC, polystyrene and stainless steel.
